That means each shirt, hoodie, or accessory is created individually after your order is placed — no mass production, no shortcuts. It allows us to ensure consistent quality and reduce waste.

Where are your products made and shipped from?
Printful operates production facilities across the U.S. and worldwide. Your order is automatically routed to the location closest to you for the fastest delivery and the lowest carbon footprint possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your item ships. Keep in mind that each piece is made to order, so production time may vary slightly during peak seasons.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind every item we sell. If there’s an issue with print quality, damage, or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. However, if your product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Please double-check sizing before ordering — every product page includes detailed size charts to help.

At this time, we don’t offer custom one-off designs — but stay tuned. Limited edition runs and community-inspired drops are part of what makes Double Yellow Life special.
